AXENTER AS ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how personal data is processed when you use the Svea Finans Collection Integration (works with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations).

This integration operates fully inside your Microsoft Azure tenant. AXENTER AS does not store, receive, or process any personal data outside your Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance environment.

1. Scope of Processing

The integration performs the following operations within your Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance environment:

  • Transfers open customer transactions (invoices and overdue receivables) from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance to Svea Finans in accordance with your existing agreement with Svea Finans.
  • Retrieves and synchronizes case information from Svea Finans back into Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, such as:
    • Case ID / collection reference
    • Case status
    • Other non-sensitive metadata required for case tracking

No other categories of personal data are processed beyond what is necessary to perform these actions.

2. No Data Sent to AXENTER

AXENTER AS does not receive, collect, store, or otherwise process any personal data as part of this integration.

All data remains within:

  • Your Microsoft Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance environment
  • Your Azure tenant
  • The external systems of Svea Finans under your contract with them

AXENTER AS has no access to this data unless you explicitly provide access for support purposes.

3. Legal Basis & Roles

Data Controller

Your organization is the data controller for all personal data processed by this integration.

Data Processor

Svea Finans may act as a data processor or independent controller, based on your contract with them.

AXENTER AS

AXENTER AS is not a processor of personal data for this integration. We provide a software component installed inside your environment.

4. Purpose of Processing

The purpose of the integration is to automate administrative and financial processes related to debt collection, including:

  • Efficient transfer of overdue transactions
  • Accurate tracking of collection cases
  • Reduction of manual routines
  • Improved financial transparency within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance

5. Security Measures

Since all data remains within your Microsoft tenant, the integration relies on:

  • Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance security controls
  • Your organization’s access controls and identity management
  • Encrypted communication between Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Svea Finans’ API endpoints

AXENTER AS does not operate external servers or services for this solution.

6. Data Retention

The integration does not store any additional data outside Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance. Data retention follows:

  • Your organization’s internal retention rules
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance retention settings
  • Svea Finans’ retention obligations under your agreement with them

AXENTER AS does not store or retain any personal information.

7. Data Subject Rights

All requests regarding personal data—such as access, correction, deletion, or restriction—must be directed to your organization as the controller.

AXENTER AS cannot respond to data subject requests, as we do not hold or access personal data processed by the integration.
